1. Algorithm Development Engineers - Communication and Signal Processing

Job Description: An Algorithm Engineer shall be responsible for design, development, implementation and testing of RF and wireless communication algorithms. They shall be responsible for the subsequent maintenance of the products that they were involved with while working on the later versions of the product or while working on new products.


Job Description:

  • Independently research and quickly prototype algorithms in the RF wireless domain.
  • After research and prototyping, work on the detailed design, implementation, Implement the wireless physical layer algorithms in the DSP processor.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing and testing with RF and wireless instruments.
  • Fix issues found in testing, benchmark with competitive products, optimize and enhance the product.
  • When needed should be able to interface with the customer and understand customer requests. If needed should be willing to travel to a customer location for a short duration.
  • Participate in design and code review with rest of the team.
  • Create technical content required for the documentation related to the product.

Technical Requirements:

  • B.E./M.Tech/M.S in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
  • Strong skills in communications and signal processing concepts such as OFDM, CDMA, GMSK, O-QPSK, FSK, generic modulation/demodulation schemes, synchronization techniques, channel coding and equalization.
  • Strong Knowledge of filter design and digital signal processing concepts required.
  • Strong expertise in RF Communication domain and expertise in the various DSP processors (DSP programming C/Assembly coding).
  • Course work in the area of communications and signal processing.
  • Working effectively in a group development environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt.
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to clearly communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

2. LabVIEW FPGA/VHDL Engineers
